I'm eating my thoughts on the matter. One of the many lessons I've taken from parenthood is that if you don't eat the judging and justifying, and admit your mistakes, they will swallow you up.


She's the kid who is raising herself. {Insert link to post about room of her own} Much more likely to stand in a doorway telling us about a paper cut that's bothering her, than admit to a deeper upset.
